Made this Chicken Enchilada Casserole for dinner tonight ....you know I had to take pictures.
I have to enable my fellow foodies to satisfy their taste buds.
P.S Do corn tortillas instead of flour. So yummy!

That looks sooooo good! My hubby would never go for it though - he hates onions. And sour cream. And the salsa would have onions too. :( It sucks cooking according to his tastes because literally all of his dislikes are my favorites!! Oh well...what can ya do!
