Quiche and Raising Another Foodie...

This is my favorite quiche recipe. It's very versatile in what veggies or cheese you want to put in it. And lemme tell ya: an onion and 3 cloves of garlic sauteed in 1/2 cup of butter makes the best smelling house you have ever been in. I also double up the crusts (2 Pillsbury refrigerated pie doughs) to make a nice thick crust (I sit them on top of each other and roll them together with a pastry roller).

Georgia's eating food now. She's crazy about wanting to sit on my lap when I eat and trying to snag the spoon out of my hand so she can get some too.

P.S She is having sweet potatoes, not quiche. :)
