Well, for sunshine --FL but personally we can drive home from here ---but I HATE the wind, so back to FL, except they get hurricanes which has more wind than about anything. Fewer bugs and no 9months of winter- FL, however I would miss the snow. back and forth back and forth...are you PCSing?

Less populated
Don't have to worry about getting arrested for running around naked when you get too hot.
