But it was an intriguing enough combo for me to go " huuuh...what could I do?" and then I made this:
And I'm not completely won by it. I was happy to change a branch into a peacock feather (image from the Flourishes "All That Glitters" set)...but it's the Eggplant and the Pacific Point that freak me out a touch mucho. If this weren't for a challenge...I would have added White ribbon, and made the Eggplant base Black or Kraft.
All in the name of stretching our horizons in the creative process. :)

This card reminds me of my office. I had teal display cases I could not afford to replace, and when we had to choose a color to update with, it ended up being what the paint store called "Blue Purple" or as Jared likes to refer to it...."Burple." LOL....it is beautiful, and I can only hope our color combination looks half as nice.

Oh, this card is fantastic, Peacock was the first thing to spring to my mind when I saw the color combo but I just couldnt pull it off. YOu have done a fabulous job!!
wow that is so awesome! I was trying to decide between a peacock & a hummingbird with this card too. I just did flowers :P But I really love ur card, somehow I skipped over it the first time. This is a beauuuutiful card! ;)
